Holding Space for Your Mind, Body, and Spirit

My passion for wellness care began in 2008 while working on the administrative side of a large holistic clinic.  Observing clients finding relief and recovery on their health journeys gave me a deep appreciation for the mind-body-spirit connection. 

My education provided a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology and a clear understanding of how massage therapy positively impacts our health — a foundation I've continued to build through advanced study of the nervous system, fascia, and the lymphatic system. I'm also well-versed in TCM philosophies, incorporating Qi, meridians, and acupressure into much of my work. By integrating Eastern and Western approaches, I strive to create sessions that are therapeutic, restorative, and grounded in a holistic understanding of wellness. 

In becoming a Licensed Massage Therapy Instructor, I found an additional passion: helping students and new therapists navigate their education and career paths. I now bring that same dedication into continuing education, designing courses that give practicing therapists the hands-on skills and confidence to grow their own practices.
